Pot Stickers with Chicken

2 mini-bok choys, leaves and stems julienned

2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1 pound ground chicken

6 scallions, sliced

2 tsp grated ginger

2 tsp rice vinegar

1 egg, beaten

2 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp soy sauce

1 package gyoza wrappers (found in Asian markets and many

supermarkets…they can be round or square)

3 tablespoons canola oil

corn starch

Dipping Sauce

1/3 C soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey or agave
