Food Explorers – Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Egg Rolls (Zoom Program)

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Egg Rolls! Egg Roll wrappers are refrigerated, and can often be found in the specialty foods refrigerator in the produce section. We will be baking these Egg Rolls instead of frying them!

You’ll need the following ingredients:

• egg roll wrappers
• cocoa powder
• cream cheese
• sugar
• milk
• optional flavorings like: chocolate chips, vanilla, cocoa powder, sprinkles, fruit jam, cinnamon, etc.
