Access Seymour Public Library from home and

Check out our two new databases

Don’t forget that the library webpage can be accessed at www.seymourpubliclibrary.org.  There are many  useful websites linked to our page including “Ask a Librarian” which is a 24 hour 7 day a week virtual librarian.  All you need is a valid library card.   You can also reserve books, renew books and check to find out if a book is available. Adult and children’s programs and events are also posted.

Recently we added two new databases to our homepage.  For pre-school children TUMBLEBOOK LIBRARY e-books for e-kids.  Go to our children’s page and click on the TUMBLEBOOK icon.  From there you will need to enter your library card number and you’re ready to view the online collection of talking books and play online games geared toward learning.

For teens who want to raise their SAT scores we have a new database  to help.  Click on the PrepMe logo on our homepage-take the diagnostic test and use the results to improve your knowledge.  This program requires a current library card.
